This John Deere Tractor had one bucket curl cylinder that was bypassing hydraulic pressure internally causing it to move slower than the other cylinder. Removed and disassembled the cylinders, removed/installed new seals and cleaned the inside of cylinders and checked for excessive wear. Reassembled the cylinders and put them back on the loader and tested operation.

Lift sold to Bodurtha tree service. He was extremely happy with the machine.

Installed a new engine and repaired operators cab door it had rust and needed new metal welded in. Resealed hydraulic tank. Repaired some cracks in the other body parts.

This truck had lost all function due to a hose repair that was done incorrectly. The tech installed the control lines backwards. Had to use a diagram to get the lines on the correct fittings and the machine is working great the customer was able to fullfill his state contract thanks to the fast repair by Timbers Equipment Services Llc

Removed and replaced the deck surface on this equipment trailer, also had to cut out bent supports on ramps and weld in new ones.
